Accelerated death benefit

Access to your death benefit if illness strikes
If you are diagnosed as terminally ill with 12 months or fewer to live, you may request payment of up to 100 percent of your life insurance — to a maximum of $1,000,000 — instead of a death benefit being paid to your beneficiary.
