A plan to make your implementation run smoothly

After a contract has been awarded, a number of resources come together to ensure the transition and implementation process runs smoothly.

We assign an account coordinator dedicated to your program and responsible for overseeing all the moving parts of the implementation process. An in-depth meeting of your team members and ours gives us a chance to review and agree on key dates, responsibilities and issues. We continue meeting, at least weekly, throughout the implementation to make sure we're staying on track. Don't be surprised if we ask a lot of probing questions. The better we understand the needs of your organization and the way you like to work, the better we can help you launch a new program. We stick to the plan! Implementation timelines are often tight, but we're committed to do what it takes to keep our promises and deliver your program on schedule.
