LifeBenefitsExtra: Online access for benefit administrators
LifeBenefitsExtra is a secure extranet web site that provides benefit professionals with online access to information such as:

• Application status — Information on approvals, declines and applications in process
• Claim status — Gives benefit professionals the ability to check on the status of claims
• Online resources — Find out more about life insurance basics including how much insurance employees should consider and helpful information about electing beneficiaries
• Online documents — View and print the current versions of the administration manual, all Minnesota Life forms used by your company and customized reports (if provided). Application and claim forms are available in PDF format. Benefit professionals may see and print the most recent forms using Adobe® Acrobat®Reader.

LifeBenefitsExtra may include the employer's logo in the upper left-hand corner of each web site page.

We work with employers to assign user IDs that are meaningful to their employees. In doing so, the employees have one less ID to remember! For example, if the employee's LAN ID is RN123, we will assign the same ID, unless it happens to be taken by another employee (i.e., with another organization).
