As employee benefit needs become more sophisticated, we’ve continued to enhance our administration systems and build in flexibility so we can meet a variety of client needs. The life insurance protection and cash accumulation features of our growing product line give employers and employees opportunities to individualize benefit plans, based on their needs. So it’s important to have an administration system that is flexible, usable and meets the service needs at the employer and employee level.

This system, built around our customers’ needs, was developed completely in-house at Minnesota Life by a team of Information Services, Actuarial and Customer Service associates. This team conducted extensive programming and testing to insure proper handling of complex, multiple transactions associated with products like Variable Group Universal Life and Group Universal Life. The result? An administrative system that is successful and more advanced than most in the industry. In fact, this system works so well we are integrating the administration of all of our life insurance products into it.
