Health and Wellness
Health and wellness services provided by Ceridian LifeWorks give employees tools to take charge of their own health. The program includes an online Life Health Assessment – with aggregate reporting of results for employers – a personalized health status report with recommended action steps, personalized health coaching for preventive health and alternative care, referrals to local health providers, and access to “best-in-class” online and print educational materials.

Legal Services
Employees, their spouses and dependents may take advantage of legal services through Ceridian LifeWorks. The program provides telephone access to a national network of 22,000+ accredited attorneys for consultation on any legal matter as well as simple wills and estate planning documents. The program also provides document review and access to a library of legal forms, guides and resources.
Travel Assistance
Europ Assistance USA provides 24-hour emergency travel assistance to active U.S. employees and their families* when they are traveling for business or pleasure 100 or more miles from home. The service includes assistance in locating and accessing physicians, dentists, medical facilities and pharmacies, arranging and paying for medical evacuation or returning mortal remains, providing interpreters or relaying messages to friends and family and offering a wide range of travel information. There is no additional cost for this service.
*Family coverage does not require travel with employee.

Beneficiary Financial Counseling
We work with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) to offer employers the option of adding a financial counseling program for beneficiaries. The PwC professionals who provide these services are experienced financial counselors who are trained in the need to maintain client confidentiality. Their sole concern is to provide independent and objective counseling. They do not sell investments or financial products.
